Hate to do a post without a backstory, but we have a million things to do before we head up to Vail for a wedding. Here is Chelsea & Casey’s engagement that I did this past Sunday. Last weekend I photographed Kristen & Jim’s engagement session in Denver. Not only are they planning a wedding with the help of Kerri from a Touch of Bliss, they also just bought a brand new condo in the new Spire Building. Nothing like major life events in the same year. The Spire building is so amazing and decorated beautifully. They were one of the first to move into the new building. We had all access to anywhere we wanted to go and took advantage of the empty pool. Check out their photos.

Like the title says, sometimes your clients don’t care about photos. This is little David. I have photographed him 4 times since he was a newborn. Little David was not happy about having to have his photos taken. Like any little one his age, they can be distracted quickly and can smile for a photo or two. Here is an example of our session.

My boys are now five and seven years old. It’s amazing how time flies and how big they have grown. It’s also hard to remember them before they could walk. Little Miss Sofia was a dream to photograph. She sat there the whole time, just trying to put anything she could reach into her mouth. I just love the photos that we captured of her.

 

Jennifer and John were wedding clients of ours many years ago. In fact we were still using film back then to photograph weddings. With the next chapter in the life well underway, I photographed Sofia again, she is now about 7 months. She is such a cutie pie and just captured my heart. I am currently editing her photos but I had to share a photo I fell in love with as I was editing.

   Just wanted to post a couple more photos from Sadie’s newborn session. While Sadie was being fed during her session, I brought in their dogs to take some photos of them. Here are a couple of photos of Sadie and her dogs.

  I finally had the chance to finish editing my session from Saturday. I just love this age and Valeria is so cute. She did such a fantastic job in front of the camera. Sometimes photographing kids can be a challenge. My favorite age to photograph is when children are sitting up and aren’t crawling. Check out this cutie pie.
