  • Basketball at the Y

Cade’s buddy Noah needed a basketball photo done – so I brought the camera to the gym for a pre-workout quick photo session. The boys had so much fun playing with the basketballs that I had to get a few candid shots of everyone.  The first ones of all 4 boys (our 2 and Noah and his little brother Evan) were hilarious. I must have shot 40 images in about 1 minute and didn’t get one of all of them smiling and holding there basketball.  I think Maddox leans toward soccer as he is set on kicking the basketball even after numerous discussions about ONLY bouncing and NOT kicking the basketball.  One good example as to why the comb over conservative hair cut just didn’t work on him…

Side note – Cade has a few scratches on his face. When I asked what happened and he said the dog scratched me. Why you ask.  Well he put the dogs rawhide in his mouth and was playing with him….  Good idea – eh!?  Thank goodness the dog has no inclination to bite - just lots of hyper ‘boxer’ energy.

  • I am really liking that new header. it’s beautiful work.

your boys are adorable — or rather, really good lookin kiddos~ got to love the basketball shots — just got back from basketball practice for my three older boys — it’s a riot at their age to watch them, at the same time, I’m a proud parent looking on — knowing that if I laugh at anything, or any kid for that matter, I’m in huge trouble! ;) love your picture as always. inspiring.

  • Great shots, especially with gym lighting and such!

  • So, SO, CUTE!!!!!!!! Boys will be boys! I can attest to that! And they never grow out of that! LOL…! Have a great weekend! ~ Dawn
